Our In-House Claims Service

RBIG’s in-house claims team is on hand to assist you in settling claims as swiftly, fairly and professional as possible.

How to make a claim

You should report the claim as soon as possible to your dedicated claims handler or your Account Executive.

Details of how to make a claim will also be detailed in your policy document.

Occasionally it may be suggested that you contact your insurer directly. When contacting them it will help speed things along if you have your policy reference to hand.

Your insurer will notify us that you have lodged a claim. We will then allocate at least one dedicated claims expert to your claim. Their job is to ensure that your claim is dealt with as quickly, efficiently and fairly as possible.

If necessary they will intervene to speed the process and advocate on your behalf should you be unhappy with how your insurer is dealing with your claim.
