If you are involved in a Road Accident and your vehicle is undrivable :

Please contact your Motor Insurer directly. They will take details from you, arrange recovery of your vehicle and provide direct assistance with your claim

Temporary Replacement Vehicles :

In the event your road accident is non-fault and you require a temporary hire vehicle the quickest way to obtain this is by contacting the Third Party motor insurers who will ordinarily provide you with a hire vehicle until such time as your own vehicle has been repaired.

If this is not possible and you have Motor Legal Expenses cover then please contact MAPS Legal Assistance on 0161 393 9335 who will discuss your circumstances and arrange to provide a temporary replacement vehicle as appropriate.

We would also remind all our clients that everyone has a duty at common law to mitigate their losses as much as possible.
